The Pembroke Castle trustees hope that all visitors to the
castle have a worthwhile experience, however, it is appreciated that those with
disabilities may experience some difficulties, therefore, we hope the following
information will enable everyone to get the most out of their visit.
There is a setting-down point at the entrance and public
parking close-by with disabled spaces.
Wheelchair users with assistance and those with limited mobility will be
able to access the site at ground floor level where there are information
panels and benches provided, including a picnic area.
A portable ramp is always offered to aid access into the gift shop and for those with hearing impairment there is an induction loop at reception and in the video room. All dogs on leads are admitted into the castle. When a visitor needs to be accompanied by a carer, the carer will be admitted free of charge. Our trained staff are glad to be of assistance at all times.
