A Walk Around Pembroke Castle

Approach the Castle from the town centre or walk up Westgate Hill from the car park below the ramparts. Tickets are obtainable from the Castle Shop. Enter the Castle by passing the cenotaph through the arch and turn right through the massive Gatehouse and Barbican which formerly had three portcullises and great wooden doors reinforced with iron draw-bars.
